Co-Founder

Victoria is a trusted strategic advisor and career architect, specializing in connecting top-tier talent within the legal and compliance industry. With a law degree from the University of Zurich (Bachelor & Master of Law) and currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, she brings a unique combination of legal expertise and strategic insight to executive search and talent consulting.


Building on her experience in public sector, Big4 consulting, and leadership roles in legal recruitment, Victoria has developed a deep understanding of talent acquisition, retention, and career development. Known for her empathetic and people-centric approach, she takes the time to truly understand both clients and candidates, fostering meaningful connections that go beyond just filling positions. She partners with law firms, corporations, and financial institutions to identify and attract top legal and compliance professionals while advising on talent strategies that support business growth.


Besides her professional accomplishments, Victoria is deeply committed to mentorship and leadership development. She actively supports women in business as a mentor for UNIVERSA (University of St. Gallen) and a Global Advisor at Femella, advocating for career progression and diversity in leadership.


Fluent in German, Spanish, English, and French, Victoria seamlessly navigates diverse cultural and business landscapes, enabling her to build strong international relationships and provide tailored talent solutions across global markets.

Nadja Busch

Co-Founder

Nadja’s career path brings together legal expertise and a passion for connecting people in this field. With a Bachelor and Master of Law, an LL.M., the Swiss bar admission and a career that spans law firms, Big4 consulting and in-house legal roles, she brings a deep understanding of the legal & compliance landscape to the table. While she enjoyed the complexity of the legal work, she soon realized that what she valued most was the human side of the profession—advising, strategizing, and building relationships. The combination of her legal background and her experience as a manager in recruitment gives her firsthand insights into both the complexities of the legal profession and the evolving demands of the job market. 


Nadja is focused on understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates. Through building genuine connections, she has a proven track record of helping organizations find the right talent while guiding professionals through career-defining transitions.


Beyond her professional achievements, human rights advocacy is a cause close to her heart. She serves as Head of Legal for a human rights organization, where she applies her legal expertise to drive meaningful change.
